Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on a PSV operating in the United Kingdom sector. You will support safe navigation, vessel operations, and deck crew activities in a busy offshore environment.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Officer with bridge watchkeeping and navigation
- Plan and monitor voyages and DP operations as required
- Oversee deck operations, cargo and supply runs to offshore installations
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain charts, publications and navigational equipment
- Participate in drills, safety meetings and crew training
- Requirements:
- Valid 2nd Officer / OOW (Deck) license
- Previous experience onboard offshore vessels, preferably PSV
- DP Full (unlimited) certificate
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team
- UK national or holding UK Work Permit / UK Visa
