Join OSM Thome as Steward/Stewardess on a RORO/ROPAX vessel trading in the UK. You will be part of the hotel and catering team, helping to keep a clean, safe and friendly onboard environment for crew and passengers.
Rotation : 8 week ON / 4 week OFF
No Visa is required
Vessel type: RO-RO
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist in meal service, including setting up, serving and clearing in mess rooms and passenger areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in cabins, mess rooms, pantries and public spaces
- Handle laundry, linen, and cabin changeovers as required
- Support galley staff with basic food preparation and dishwashing
- Follow all safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures on board
- Provide courteous service and assistance to crew and passengers
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as Steward/Stewardess at sea, preferably on RORO/ROPAX or passenger vessels
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical fitness
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and safe working practices
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team on rotating shifts
