Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of customer invoice spreadsheets and monthly cost accounting data collection.
- Support the preparation of materials and reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Help develop and maintain automation tools and solutions in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and improving financial systems and processes.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making through reports and dashboards.
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and recommendations for process improvements and financial controls.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Accounting; Production Engineering; Software Engineering; Computer Science; Information Systems; Systems Analysis and Development or related fields
- Strong interest in data analysis, automation, and continuous process improvement.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, charts) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, databases, or automation tools is considered an advantage.
- English proficiency is desirable.
- Interest in learning about corporate finance and financial planning.
