We are looking for an experienced AB or OS to work on a RORO/ROPAX STENA vessel. You will be part of the deck crew, helping to keep the vessel safe, seaworthy, and ready for cargo and passengers.
- Key responsibilities:
- Perform mooring and unmooring operations safely
- Handle cargo lashing and securing on RORO/ROPAX decks
- Stand lookout and helmsman watch as required
- Carry out routine deck maintenance, cleaning, and painting
- Assist with safety drills and emergency duties
- Support officers with deck operations and inspections
- Requirements:
- Valid AB Certificate and STCW basic safety training
- Sea service experience as AB, preferably on RORO/ROPAX
- Valid medical certificate (fit for duty)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork attitude
- Willingness to work in a shift/rotation system
