Clinic Management
- Analyze data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for application and renewal of licenses and accreditations required for a pre-employment medical clinic and all its services.
- Define, Implement and Revise operational policies and guidelines for the clinic
- Responsible for PEME operations.
Patient Care
- Define, Implement and Evaluate patient care
- Create treatment plans
- Integrate and drive holistic healthcare approach in all medical services
Leadership
- Responsible for the direct supervision of the Medical Operations division of the clinic
- Responsible for ensuring complete workforce of the clinic
- Provide coaching, training and guidance to clinic personnel within relevant scope
- Drive performance management within relevant scope
