We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Crew Management team in Brazil as a Crewing Assistant. In this role, you will support the daily crewing operations, ensuring that crew documentation, certifications, training, travel arrangements, and related processes are managed efficiently and in compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with seafarers, internal stakeholders, training providers, clinics, and service partners, playing an important role in supporting safe and effective offshore operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update crew records and documentation.
- Support certification and medical examination tracking.
- Coordinate training enrollment and follow-up activities.
- Assist with crew travel and logistics arrangements.
- Support flag endorsement processes and compliance requirements.
- Communicate with crew members and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with onboard visits and other operational activities as required.
- Promote and comply with OSM Tha's HSEQ standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed higher education in Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Advanced English is desirable.
- Previous experience in HR, Logistics, Quality, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
