Join OSM Thome as Storekeeper on a passenger ocean cruise vessel trading in the Mediterranean. You will be responsible for controlling ship stores and provisions to support smooth and safe daily operations on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store provisions, spares, and consumables
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all items
- Support ordering and stock replenishment in line with vessel needs
- Coordinate with deck, engine, and hotel departments for daily issuing
- Follow company procedures, safety rules, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as Storekeeper or similar role at sea, preferably on passenger or cruise vessels
- Good knowledge of shipboard stores, provisions, and spare parts handling
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work within a multinational crew
