Join OSM Thome as Beverage Storekeeper onboard a passenger ocean cruise vessel sailing in the Mediterranean. In this role, you will safely handle, store and issue all beverage items, keeping accurate records and supporting smooth bar and restaurant operations for guests and crew.
- Key responsibilities:
- Receive, check and store all beverage deliveries according to company standards
- Monitor stock levels and issue beverages to bars and pantries as requested
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with monthly stock counts
- Ensure correct rotation of stock and proper storage conditions
- Keep all storage areas clean, organized and in line with safety rules
- Work closely with bar, galley and provision teams to support daily operations
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as storekeeper or in provisions / warehouse on cruise or merchant vessels
- Good knowledge of beverage products and basic stock control procedures
- Ability to work with inventory software and maintain clear records
- Good English communication skills
- Valid seagoing documents and medically fit for duty
- Strong attention to detail, integrity and teamwork attitude
