We are looking for an experienced and proactive Crewing Coordinator to support and coordinate our crew management operations in Brazil. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in crewing, maritime HR, and team coordination who are passionate about delivering excellent service to clients and seafarers. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of Crewing Officers and Crewing Assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and maritime legislation.
  • Train, guide, and support the Crewing team on processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor crew management KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to crew management performance and contract compliance.
  • Support management in the administration of crew management contracts and operational activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, seafarers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Crewing or Maritime HR.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations such as STCW and SOLAS.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Advanced experience with crew management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
