Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience
- Great communication skills
- Organized and self-driven
- Work autonomously
- Fluency in English
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices for assigned vessels/customers in line with contracts and company policies.
- Enter invoicing data accurately into the ERP/billing system.
- Perform basic checks to ensure all billable items are captured before invoicing.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate SOAs for each assigned customer, ensuring balances are clear and reconciled.
- Provide basic commentary on monthly invoicing results for assigned vessels, highlighting unusual variances.
- Escalate discrepancies, disputes, or special cases to the Senior Invoicing Accountant or Supervisor.
- Assist with month-end invoicing activities and reconciliations as required.
- Contribute to meeting invoicing deadlines and team performance metrics.
