Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on an AHTS vessel trading in North Sea waters. We are looking for a hands-on leader with solid offshore and anchor handling experience who can support safe and efficient deck and bridge operations.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Master in daily vessel operations and navigation
- Plan and supervise anchor handling and towing operations
- Lead and manage deck crew and watchkeeping duties
- Oversee cargo handling, mooring and DP operations as required
- Monitor vessel stability, seaworthiness and safety routines
- Ensure compliance with company, flag and client requirements
- Requirements:
- Valid Chief Officer license (unlimited) with offshore/AHTS experience
- Previous North Sea and anchor handling background preferred
- Valid STCW certificates and offshore survival/medical up to date
- Good English communication and strong leadership skills
- Fit for sea service and ready for a challenging offshore environment
