Role Overview:

As our QA Coach, you'll play a crucial role in making sure our operations meet the highest standards. Your guidance will be key in driving improvement, ensuring safety, and fostering teamwork onboard our vessels. As a QA Coach you are in the driving seat to ensure that we in OSM Thome deliver safe and high-quality ship operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Independent conclusions based on conducted vessel audits, to the Sr. Management.
• Coach and mentor the ship’s crew
• Carry out onboard training
• Encourage process improvements and new ideas.
• Build strong, inclusive relationships.
