Implement and monitor compliance on HSEQ policies and processes
Develop, review, update and maintain the HSEQ Management System documentation; send circular to the organization for any changes in the management system, statutory/rules/regulations, etc.
Prepare bi-weekly/monthly HSEQ reports, trends, and statistics
Conduct internal and supplier audit, when required, and ensure that corrective/ preventive action is carried out, closed out and followed-up.
Enter events, such as non-conformity, observations, etc. in our online improvement system (IRIS)
Undertake mentoring and coordinate HSEQ training/drill such as emergency preparedness, IRIS reporting, etc.
Assist HSEQ Head in customer/supplier/stakeholder meetings when required
Assist in HSEQ orientation of newly-hired employees
Assist/support global HSEQ team in project/initiative when required
Implement HSEQ awareness/campaigns
Perform any other task as instructed by HSEQ Head
Required Competencies
Have previously worked in an ISO 9001/14001/45001 accredited company
With 3 to 5 years of experience in maritime, engineering or manufacturing industry
Preferably a certified internal quality auditor; a certified lead quality auditor is an advantage
Holder of Bachelor of Science Degree of any academic discipline
Works well with all levels of the organization - effective at working directly with senior leadership, as well as frontline employees
