  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and create pastries and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
    • Assist in managing the pastry section and ensuring the highest quality of food presentation.
    • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
    • Collaborate with fellow chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
    • Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a reputable kitchen.
    • Knowledge of various pastry techniques and presentation styles.
    • Strong attention to detail and creativity in dessert design.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
    • Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude
