Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the role in offshore settings is required.
• Proven experience in structural or formwork carpentry.
• Ability to interpret construction layouts and plans.
• Familiarity with standard construction safety practices.
• Skilled in handling carpentry tools and equipment safely.
• Physically capable of performing manual labour in varying conditions.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a team.
• Awareness of permit-controlled work procedures.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Execute carpentry tasks involving formwork setup and takedown under site lead guidance.
• Build, modify, and remove formwork structures using project diagrams as reference.
• Conduct routine checks on tools and equipment; report safety or performance issues promptly.
• Coordinate activities with nearby work areas to ensure efficiency and reduce risks.
• Comply with on-site safety guidelines and operational protocols at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized work zones throughout the shift.
