Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Previous involvement in both new-build (greenfield) and upgrade (brownfield) offshore platforms.
 - Willing and able to travel for offshore assignments and project-related missions in Indonesia.
 - Hands-on experience working from the contractor's side of the project lifecycle.
 - Strong background in commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, and telecom systems; process commissioning less critical.
 - Familiarity with commissioning management tools such as HEXAGON or comparable systems (e.g., ICAPS, WINPCS, ZENATOR).
 - Technical understanding of offshore systems, including riser platforms, wellhead platforms, utilities, and telecom infrastructure.
 - Competent in interpreting engineering documentation and technical drawings.
 - Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
 - Knowledge of safety protocols and practices specific to the oil and gas industry.
 - Proficiency in English.
 
Tasks:
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives throughout all project phases.
 - Monitor and support commissioning activities at office, fabrication yard, and offshore sites.
 - Supervise execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and initial operation for electrical and telecom systems.
 - Review and manage commissioning schedules, workflows, and system readiness via CMS tools.
 - Coordinate field validation and energization of power distribution, instrumentation loops, and control systems.
 - Guide integration efforts between new and existing systems during brownfield tie-ins.
 - Validate readiness of utility and auxiliary systems, including HVAC, fire suppression, nitrogen, and water treatment.
 - Oversee deployment and testing of telecom and communication systems (e.g., CCTV, radios, PAGA, VSAT).
 - Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards across all commissioning scopes.
 - Participate in start-up, performance testing, and handover documentation to the client.
