Job Title: Commissioning Manager Topside.
- Project: Paris, France at the beginning and then Nantong, China.
- Contract: 12 months (renewable).
- Rotation: Paris 33 days per year off with 5 flights, and China will be 51 days off per year, distributed in 6 flights.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Experience in commissioning execution of FPSO. FPSO experience is mandatory.
- Proven background in commissioning, start-up, and operations within large industrial or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and compliance with international standards (e.g., IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISPS).
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and operational costs.
- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while ensuring technical competency.
- Skilled in contractor and vendor management, subcontractor oversight, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in English.
Tasks:
- Support preparation of HSE plans and procedures.
- Review contracts, risks, and test run documentation.
- Define isolation protocols and commissioning priorities.
- Ensure materials, spares, and inventories are ready before start-up.
- Coordinate crew training and mobilization with HR.
- Prepare operational manuals and periodic reports.
- Monitor and report progress, schedule, and costs.
- Coordinate across disciplines and manage documentation for handover.
- Identify risks/opportunities and capture lessons learned.
- Oversee safe and efficient production operations.
- Implement and maintain safety management and planned maintenance systems.
- Manage audits, inspections, and classification surveys.
- Control operating costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions.
