OSM Thome is seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent for an onshore position in Rødbyhavn, Denmark. The role of Vessel Technical Superintendent entails the technical management of vessels deployed on our project. Candidates must possess solid experience in various duties related to technical vessel management in offshore/marine contracting or the oil & gas industry. The role involves interaction with flag and class authorities, overseeing planned maintenance systems (PMS), and managing dockings and repairs afloat.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience as a Technical Superintendent in offshore/marine contracting or the oil & gas industry.
• Understanding of maritime regulations and classification standards.
• Skilled in implementing and monitoring maintenance programs.
• Experience coordinating vessel dockings and on-water repairs.
• Preferred: knowledge of heavy lift equipment, dredging/winch systems, vessel mobilizations or conversions.
• Familiarity with the North-West European maritime sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Supervise technical operations of project vessels.
• Ensure regulatory and class compliance in all vessel activities.
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Advise crew and project teams on technical matters.
• Coordinate dry-dockings and in-service repairs.
• Evaluate maintenance and repair needs in alignment with operational priorities.
