OSM Brazil is looking for a a highly experienced Senior Corporate Accounting and Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, maintaining strong financial controls, and providing strategic support to the business. The position reports directly to OSM Thome’s Group Accounting Director and works in close partnership with the Brazil Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all corporate accounting and finance activities for OSM Thome Brazil.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax, accounting, and regulatory frameworks, as well as group policies.
• Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in senior finance and accounting leadership roles.
• Knowledge of maritime tax legislation will be considered a plus.
• Previous experience in multinational environments, especially in the maritime and offshore sectors.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance, cost efficiency, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
