Commissioning Telecom Lead needed for onshore projects in Tianjin, China.

• Location: Tianjin, China.
• Rotation: 51 days off per year divided in 6 travels.
• Start date: ASAP.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience in engineering operations, commissioning, and start-up projects.
• Familiarity with safety management systems, HSE standards, and compliance auditing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production and operational environments.
• Skilled in coordinating across multiple teams, including vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Experience with documentation, operating procedures, and design change processes.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, spare parts management, and operational optimization.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Tasks:

• Facilitate all aspects of commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring readiness and safety compliance.
• Monitor field operations to identify potential risks or deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing routine and shutdown maintenance activities.
• Support the investigation of operational issues, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
• Maintain and update technical documents, procedures, and system manuals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and HSE teams to evaluate design changes and operational modifications.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to operations teams for seamless handover.
• Review and advise on operational plans, spare parts, and test procedures to optimize system performance.
