Information about the job:
- Job Title: Site Logistic Manager.
- Projects: Onshore.
- Location: Mozambique, Afungi.
- Rotation: 75 days on duty / 21 days off duty.
- Contract: 12 months.
- Salary: Please provide your realistic salary expectations when applying. Final compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates. Monthly paid also when at home.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Senior logistics professional with experience supporting large-scale oil and gas operations onshore and offshore.
- Strong understanding of marine logistics, offshore supply processes, and industry regulations.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, cargo movements, inventory control, and offshore certification standards.
- Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, authorities, and vessel operations.
- Familiarity with HSE expectations, permits, and compliance processes.
Tasks:
- Act as the main logistics point of contact for project teams, vessels, authorities, and subcontractors.
- Plan and oversee mobilization and demobilization of project equipment, including customs approvals, documentation, handling, storage, and delivery to vessels.
- Coordinate marine service providers for port calls, vessel permits, crew changes, supply runs, and compliance with local regulations.
- Arrange fuel, provisions, technical supplies, and other operational requirements for offshore fleets.
- Support crew and personnel logistics, including immigration processing where required.
- Monitor waste disposal services for offshore operations and ensure appropriate permits and regulatory approvals.
- Track subcontractor services, verify performance, maintain records, and initiate work orders or payments as needed.
- Carry out visual inspection of received materials, ensure proper documentation, and initiate corrective actions in the event of discrepancies or damage.
- Confirm offshore equipment holds valid certification and meets project requirements for transport and use.
- Manage material inventory levels, optimize storage layouts, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinate distribution of materials, consumables, and equipment offshore in line with project schedules and vessel requirements.
- Maintain accurate material tracking from base to vessel and ensure complete documentation and traceability.
- Work with supply chain personnel and/or clients to plan transportation, receipt, clearance, and organization of goods ahead of loading onto supply vessels, barges, or carriers.
