Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Strong background in naval engineering and related disciplines.
• Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
• Ability to maintain and grow technical expertise in naval architecture and marine systems.
• Familiarity with stability, hydrostatics, hydrodynamics, hull design, mooring, and dynamic positioning.
• Experience with engineering tools, numerical simulations, and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and interface management skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Lead and oversee naval engineering activities across projects, ensuring standards and deadlines are met.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor naval workload and deliverables.
• Review and validate technical outputs including reports, procedures, and analyses.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and external centers.
• Manage technical inputs for requisitions, bids, and procurement processes.
• Maintain and enhance design capabilities and numerical tools for naval engineering.
• Capture project experience to optimize methodologies and support knowledge growth.
• Identify project risks, critical points, and provide solutions.
