We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis department (FP&A) in our office in Limassol. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting decision-making through financial insights.

Requirements

• Degree in quantitative or business discipline (e.g., Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or related field).
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in corporate environment or similar role
• High attention to detail, ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills and advanced knowledge in Excel or other financial modeling tools.
• Flexibility to travel when (if) required
• Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

• Track monthly results and key metrics, providing clear insights to senior team members.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting, including data collection and validation.
• Gather and verify data for accurate reporting and modeling.
• Help build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, delivering meaningful visual insights into business performance and trends.
• Support automation of reports to improve efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests, working with senior team members to deliver data-driven insights.
