Information about the job:

• Job Title: Commissioning Telecom Supervisor.

• Rotation: 28/28 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Solid background in maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
• Familiarity with HSE standards, legal obligations, and international best practices.
• Experience using CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Datastream, or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
• Competent in interpreting technical procedures, drawings, and vendor documentation.
• Strong commitment to safety, with consistent demonstration of safe work behaviors.
• Good communication skills for reporting, coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and skills development.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and anomalies.
• Inspect, test, and verify equipment using appropriate measuring tools.
• Repair or replace defective components to ensure system functionality.
• Anticipate potential failures and coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.
• Record maintenance activities and update CMMS data accurately.
• Generate reports on operations, breakdowns, and completed tasks.
• Provide supervisors with updates on progress, issues, and resource needs.
• Attend team and site coordination meetings as required.
• Follow all HSE rules and company safety procedures consistently.
• Report unsafe conditions or procedural gaps to supervisors.
• Engage in training programs and maintain personal learning records.
• Apply updated procedures, standards, and technical knowledge in daily tasks.
