Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Needs to have a valid Dynamic Positioning - Maintenance Course (K-Pos) Certificate. 
• Proven leadership in overseeing complex engineering projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong understanding of multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software, or civil as applicable).
• Experience with process optimization, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Tasks:

• Direct and coordinate engineering operations across teams and projects.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Oversee design reviews, testing procedures, and product development milestones.
