Embark on an exciting opportunity in Paris, France at the beginning and then Nantong, China, onshore as a Topside Lead Package.

Information about the job:

• Job Title: Topside Lead Package.
• Project: Paris, France at the beginning and then Nantong, China.
• Contract: 12 months (renewable). 
• Rotation:  Paris 33 days per year off with 5 flights, and China will be 51 days off per year, distributed in 6 flights.
• Salary: Please state your realistic expected monthly wage when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company.
• Start date: ASAP.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• FPSO experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing onshore topside design and fabrication packages.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Skilled in vendor and contractor management for onshore fabrication projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Lead onshore topside engineering, design, and fabrication activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design deliverables to ensure integration and compliance.
• Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and material specifications.
• Serve as primary interface with vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor progress against schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, conflicts, and design issues.
• Support procurement, fabrication, and delivery of topside equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design decisions, changes, and lessons learned.
