• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise deck crew operations.
• Ensure maintenance and safety procedures are followed on deck.
• Manage mooring and anchoring duties effectively.
• Coordinate loading and unloading procedures.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bosun on RORO/ROPAX vessels.
• Solid understanding of maritime safety and maintenance procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid maritime certifications as per international standards.
