Information about the job:

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in remote or offshore environments.
• Strong understanding of offshore fabrication, heavy lifting, subsea installation, and commissioning practices.
• Familiarity with international offshore safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, API, IMCA).
• Demonstrated experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under operational pressure.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate offshore construction activities from planning through execution and handover.
• Supervise vessel mobilization, load-out, and offshore installation operations to meet project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality management procedures across all worksites.
• Liaise with project management, engineering, and marine operations teams to align construction goals and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and offshore crew performance to maintain project standards.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve operational issues, and report project status to senior management.
• Oversee offshore change management, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
