Join OSM Thome and take the lead in driving recruitment excellence and managing branch operations. As the Deputy Recruitment Manager – Branch OIC (Davao), you’ll oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold the company’s standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Roles:
Leadership & Recruitment Operations
- Supervise and allocate team assignments to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment.
- Drive team performance, engagement, and adherence to recruitment procedures, SLAs, and timelines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection and document verification.
- Endorse qualified candidates based on Customer and fleet requirements.
- Maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
Branch Operations
- Oversee daily branch operations, including office maintenance, supplies, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with Manila and Cebu offices for alignment and reporting.
- Ensure policy compliance and provide guidance to branch staff.
- Support crew in processing requirements with government agencies (e.g., MARINA, TESDA, DFA, PAG-IBIG, SSS, OWWA).
- Ensure compliance with business permits, DMW regulations, and company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and Customers on recruitment updates and requirements.
- Implement solutions to address operational challenges.
- Build partnerships with training centers, maritime associations, and other external providers.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track recruitment KPIs and analyze data for process improvement.
- Enhance efficiency and scalability in recruitment operations.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
