Join OSM Thome as a Receptionist on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to ensure a smooth and pleasant journey from embarkation to disembarkation.

• Key responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist passengers during embarkation and disembarkation
• Handle check-in, cabin keys and guest information
• Answer guest queries and provide information about the vessel and voyage
• Assist with announcements and communication on board
• Work closely with deck and hotel crew to support daily operations

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality or passenger vessels preferred
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Customer-focused, polite and well-presented
• Able to work in shifts and under pressure in a busy environment
• Valid seafarer documents and medical certificate, or willingness to obtain them
