Join OSM Thome as Shop Staff on a passenger ferry in Europe. In this role, you will help create a friendly and efficient shopping experience for passengers while keeping the shop well-organised and well-stocked throughout the voyage.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with purchases and product information
• Operate cash register and handle payments accurately
• Replenish shelves and maintain correct stock levels
• Keep shop area clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
• Follow onboard safety rules and company procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or similar onboard role
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude and polite manners
• Ability to work in shifts and in a busy ferry environment
• Fit for sea service and willing to work in European waters
