Join OSM Thome as Housekeeping Manager on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will lead the housekeeping team to keep all guest and crew areas clean, tidy and well-presented, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment on board.

• Key responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the housekeeping crew in all daily cleaning operations
• Plan and allocate duties for cabins, public areas and crew areas
• Monitor cleanliness standards and carry out regular inspections
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Check linen, laundry and cabin supplies, and arrange timely replenishment
• Train and guide new and existing housekeeping staff
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth passenger operations

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Housekeeping Manager or similar role on passenger vessels or ferries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of shipboard hygiene and safety procedures
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness as per international standards
