Join OSM Thome as a Waiter/Waitress on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will take care of guests in a busy maritime environment, ensuring friendly service and a clean, well-organized dining area throughout the voyage.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to passengers in dining areas and lounges
• Ensure prompt, polite and professional guest service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and order in service stations and passenger areas
• Support buffet setup, replenishment and closing procedures
• Follow shipboard safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
• Work closely with galley and hotel crew to support smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience as waiter/waitress, preferably on ferry, cruise or hotel
• Good command of English; other European languages are an advantage
• Customer-focused, polite and able to work under pressure
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Valid seafarer documents or readiness to obtain required certificates
