Join our passenger ferry team in Europe as Assistant Waiter and help us deliver friendly and efficient service to all guests on board. You will support the restaurant team, keep service areas shipshape, and ensure a pleasant dining experience at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Assist waiters with meal and beverage service in restaurant and lounge areas
• Set up, clear, and clean tables and service stations
• Carry trays, deliver food and drinks, and handle simple guest requests
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all service areas
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Support the team during embarkation, peak service times, and special events

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or ferry/passenger vessels preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-oriented attitude and polite manners
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand and carry trays for long periods
• Valid seafarer documents and medicals, or willingness to obtain as required
