Join OSM Thome as Headwaiter on a passenger ferry in Europe. In this role you will lead the restaurant service team, secure smooth operations, and deliver a high standard of hospitality to passengers throughout the voyage.

• Key responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise and support the restaurant and dining room team
• Organize and oversee meal service for passengers and crew
• Ensure clean, safe and well-presented dining areas at all times
• Handle passenger requests and feedback in a professional manner
• Coordinate closely with galley and bar for efficient service
• Train and guide new and junior service staff
• Follow all safety, hygiene and company service standards

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Headwaiter or senior waiter on passenger vessels or ferries
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good English spoken and written; other European languages are an advantage
• Customer-focused attitude with polite and steady behavior at sea
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Valid seagoing documents and medicals as required
