Join OSM Thome as a Bartender on a passenger ferry in Europe. We are looking for a service-minded seafarer who can create a friendly atmosphere at the bar and ensure guests have a pleasant voyage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to passengers and crew
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Handle cash and card payments accurately
• Provide polite, professional service and assist guests with drink choices
• Follow shipboard safety, hygiene and company standards
• Work closely with hotel and catering crew to support passenger service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably at sea or in hospitality
• Good knowledge of common drinks, cocktails and bar service
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, tidy appearance
• Valid seagoing documents and medical fitness as required
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
