Join OSM Thome as Wellness Staff onboard a passenger ferry in Europe. In this role, you will help guests relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy a safe and pleasant voyage while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional wellness services to passengers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly wellness area at all times
• Support daily shipboard routines and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with guest enquiries and guide them on available wellness offerings
• Work closely with other crew to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in wellness, spa, fitness, or similar service role, preferably at sea
• Good communication skills in English
• Service-minded attitude and ability to work in an international crew
• Valid seafarer documents and medical certificates according to flag and company standards
• Willingness to work in shifts and live onboard
