Join OSM Thome as Laundry Master on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will be in charge of all laundry operations onboard, ensuring clean, well-presented linen and uniforms for guests and crew at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laundry and linen operations onboard
• Operate and maintain all laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Sort, wash, dry, iron and distribute linen, towels, uniforms and guest items
• Ensure proper use of detergents and chemicals according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area
• Monitor stock of linen, uniforms and laundry supplies and report needs
• Train and guide laundry staff when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as Laundry Master or similar role onboard passenger vessels or ferries
• Good knowledge of industrial laundry machines and chemicals
• Ability to work independently and keep high hygiene standards
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness as per international regulations
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced passenger environment
