OSM Thome is looking for an experienced 2nd Engineer (2/E) to sail on a Multicat Utility Vessel trading worldwide. You will support the Chief Engineer in keeping all machinery and systems running safely and efficiently.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Chief Engineer with operation and maintenance of main engines, auxiliaries and deck machinery
• Carry out engine room watchkeeping and record all relevant parameters
• Perform planned maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
• Ensure safe engine room practices and compliance with company and international rules
• Supervise and guide engine room ratings in daily work

• Requirements:
• Valid 2nd Engineer (2/E) license, STCW compliant for offshore vessels
• Previous experience on offshore / Multicat / utility or similar vessels preferred
• All mandatory STCW certificates and medicals up to date
• Good English communication skills, spoken and written
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to work in a small, hands-on team worldwide
