Join OSM Thome as Chief Steward (C/S) on an Offshore Subsea Support Vessel operating in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will lead the catering team onboard, ensuring a clean, safe and well-run accommodation and galley for all crew and offshore personnel.

• Key responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all catering and housekeeping activities onboard
• Plan menus and oversee food preparation, storage and stock control
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are followed in galley and accommodation
• Organize crew mess, cabins and common areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment
• Coordinate with vessel management on catering budgets and provisioning
• Lead, train and schedule stewards and catering crew

• Requirements:
• Proven sea service as Chief Steward or similar role on offshore / subsea / DP vessels
• Strong background in galley, mess room and accommodation management
• Valid STCW certificates and offshore survival / medical as required for UK sector
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural crew and handle busy offshore operations
