Collaborate across multiple projects to align OSM Thome’s policies and practices globally.
Engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely progress and completion of project.
Design, implement, and continuously refine HR policies and procedures that strengthen employee retention, and attract top talent.
Plan and coordinate multiple development and assessment programs targeted at competency development and professional/personal growth for all employees.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and formulate training plans that are aligned with individual and organizational development needs.
Responsible for handling, maintaining and analyzing quality data in systems (e.g. Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Database etc.)
Play a key role in preparing compensation and benefits plans globally.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, and/or a related field.
Keen eye for detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Effective time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
At least 2 years of experience in HR related role.
Familiar with learning needs identification and assessment
Experience in project management and budgeting would be beneficial.
Experience in managing Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Experience Platforms (e-learning)
