Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across multiple projects to align OSM Thome’s policies and practices globally.
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely progress and completion of project.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine HR policies and procedures that strengthen employee retention, and attract top talent.
- Plan and coordinate multiple development and assessment programs targeted at competency development and professional/personal growth for all employees.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and formulate training plans that are aligned with individual and organizational development needs.
- Responsible for handling, maintaining and analyzing quality data in systems (e.g. Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Database etc.)
- Play a key role in preparing compensation and benefits plans globally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, and/or a related field.
- Keen eye for detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR related role.
- Familiar with learning needs identification and assessment
- Experience in project management and budgeting would be beneficial.
- Experience in managing Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Experience Platforms (e-learning)
