Join OSM Thome as a Fitter on oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on seafarer with solid steelwork and engine room maintenance skills to keep our vessels safe and in good working order.

• Key responsibilities:
• Carry out steel repairs, pipe fitting, and welding jobs on deck and in engine room
• Maintain and repair ship’s structures, tanks, ladders, handrails, and foundations
• Assist engineers and deck crew with maintenance and repair tasks as required
• Operate and maintain workshop tools and welding equipment safely
• Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work systems at all times

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Fitter on tanker vessels (oil/chemical preferred)
• Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness certificate
• Welding and gas-cutting skills, including basic knowledge of materials and tools
• Good command of English for work and safety communication
• Team player with a strong safety mindset and readiness to work worldwide
