• Key responsibilities:
• Assist Cook/Chief Cook with basic food preparation and serving
• Set up, clean, and tidy the mess rooms before and after meals
• Wash dishes, utensils, and galley equipment
• Clean galley, pantries, stores, and accommodation areas as assigned
• Handle garbage segregation and disposal according to vessel procedures
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Messman or similar role at sea preferred
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fit for duty
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work hard, follow instructions, and support the galley team
• Willingness to work worldwide on an offshore construction vessel
