Join OSM Thome as 3rd Engineer on a shuttle tanker trading in Brazil. You will work with an experienced engine team, keeping all machinery running safely and efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries and engine room equipment
• Carry out daily engine room rounds and report any defects or abnormalities
• Perform planned maintenance and repairs as instructed by the 2/E and Chief Engineer
• Monitor fuel, lube oil, cooling water and other critical parameters
• Ensure engine room housekeeping and safety standards are always maintained
• Keep engine logs and records updated as per company procedures

• Requirements:
• Valid 3rd Engineer CoC, meeting STCW requirements for tanker service
• Tanker experience, preferably on shuttle or other oil tankers
• Good knowledge of engine room systems and planned maintenance routines
• All mandatory STCW safety courses and valid medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Team player with a strong safety mindset and readiness to join in Brazil
