Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain all cargo pumps, lines and valves
• Assist with cargo loading, discharging and tank change-overs
• Carry out routine checks on cargo, ballast and stripping systems
• Perform cleaning of cargo tanks, lines and pump room as required
• Follow all safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
• Support deck crew with general deck and maintenance work as needed

Requirements

• Sea-going experience as Pumpman on crude oil tankers
• Good knowledge of cargo handling and pump room operations
• Valid STCW certificates and tanker endorsements as per international regulations
• Strong safety awareness and good teamwork skills
• Fit for sea service and willing to work worldwide trading
