Join OSM Thome as Assistant Waiter/Cabin Steward on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will support the hotel department in serving guests, keeping cabins and public areas clean, and ensuring a pleasant experience on board.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in serving food and beverages in passenger areas
• Set up, clear and clean tables and service stations
• Clean and prepare passenger cabins and corridors
• Handle luggage and assist passengers when needed
• Follow safety, hygiene and sanitation standards on board
• Support senior waiters and housekeeping crew in daily duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel, restaurant or cruise/ferry service preferred
• Good command of English, spoken and understood
• Customer‑focused with polite and helpful attitude
• Fit for sea service and able to work in shifts
• Basic safety training and valid seafarer documents are an advantage
