OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Electro Technical Officer (ETO) to serve on oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. If you are confident in handling electrical and electronic systems at sea, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

• Key responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair all electrical and electronic equipment onboard, including power generation and distribution systems
• Ensure safe and reliable operation of automation, control, and monitoring systems
• Look after navigation and communication equipment in cooperation with the bridge team
• Support engine and deck departments with electrical troubleshooting and planned maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and assist in maintaining vessel compliance with class and company standards

• Requirements:
• Valid ETO CoC in accordance with STCW
• Previous experience as ETO on tanker vessels, preferably oil/chemical
• Experience as ETO on ME Engines 
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical, electronic, and automation systems
• Good English communication skills
• Fit for duty with valid medical certificate and required offshore/sea-going documents
