- Job Title: Senior Offshore Shift Supervisor (Construction).

- Location: Worldwide.
- Rotation: 35/35 days on/off.
- Contract duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Salary: Please confirm your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly salary.
- Start date: TBC.
- Overtime: Applicable.
- Insurance: Provided by the company.
- Employer: Our client, a drilling and construction contractor.
Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- ~4 years’ experience in a First Assistant or similar role.
- 6–7 years’ background within the oil & gas industry.
- Engineering education (civil, mechanical, electrical, naval) or technical high school diploma preferred.
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Not currently engaged in a maritime career path.
Tasks:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational and technical activities.
- Support project execution and monitor ongoing workstreams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency.
- Help identify and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and internal procedures.
- Provide general support to engineering and operations teams.
