Set sail with OSM Thome as Motorman / Oiler on oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. Work closely with the engine team to keep all machinery in good running order and support safe, efficient vessel operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist engineers with operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries and machinery spaces
• Carry out routine checks, lubrication and cleaning of engine room equipment
• Support bunkering and fuel transfer operations as required
• Follow safety and environmental procedures at all times
• Keep engine room areas tidy and report any defects promptly

• Requirements:
• Valid Motorman / Oiler (MTM) documents and seafarer’s medical
• Tanker (oil/chemical) experience preferred
• Good spoken and written English
• Fit for engine room duties and willing to work in shifts
• Team-player with a safe and responsible work attitude
