• Salary: USD400 per day.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Minimum 2 years sea service as Master, specifically on DP-capable vessels.
• Valid STCW II/3 (Master Mariner) certification.
• Full DP Certificate (unlimited or equivalent recognized scheme).
• Demonstrated experience handling fast crew boats or high-speed utility vessels.
• Strong understanding of DP operations in close-quarters and offshore transfer scenarios.
• Proven ability to manage small, fast-paced crews in time-sensitive operations.
• High level of situational awareness and decision-making under dynamic conditions.
• Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Tasks:

• Command and maneuver a fast crew boat in support of offshore personnel and light cargo transfers.
• Operate and supervise DP system use during standby, approach, and transfer operations.
• Ensure safe embarkation/disembarkation of personnel in varying sea states.
• Coordinate closely with offshore installations and clients for efficient turnaround times.
• Maintain vessel readiness for rapid deployment and short-notice assignments.
• Oversee navigation in confined or congested offshore fields at higher transit speeds.
• Lead and manage onboard crew, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor weather and sea conditions to optimize routing and operational safety.
• Conduct routine checks on propulsion, DP systems, and critical navigation equipment.
